Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year of engineering she has begun to study for UPSC. After graduation, she began to question whether or not she'd enjoy a career in engineer position. Eventually, she realised that civil service was what she loved and focused on it. Her parents encouraged her to be civil servants and seek a career in public service. She was motivated to become an IAS officer, and she was focusing to achieve that goal. To be able to pass UPSC to be achieved, more hard work is needed. She would study the engineering subjects and then prepare for UPSC in addition to studying various topics. Each day she allocated the time to study for exams. In just one and a quarter months, she was studying for engineering examinations, and stayed away from all contact with people. She is convinced that focus is essential to crack this government exam and become an officer in the civil service. She was determined to get to the end of the process in one go, and she put in lots of effort. Every day, she reads newspapers to keep informed of the latest news.
