Megan Gale

Gale aged 18 had won an 18-year-old Perth model competition in her early teens. Gale took part in a modelling contest in Perth when she was of 18. After several years in the business, Gale became famous when she was asked to be the main character in an advertisement for Omnitel which is an Italian telecoms enterprise (now Vodafone Italy). She appeared in their advertisements until 2006, and was selected in 2003 from the Australian Tourist Commission as the "face" of Australia within Italy.' Gale was featured on covers for Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. In addition, she was featured in Italian Maxim and Australian InStyle. Gale has worked as a model in Italian fashion houses including Gianfranco Ferre, Genny, Gai Mattiolo and also runway for Mariella Burani and Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. Gale likes a variety of Australian fashion designers including Colette Dinnigan as well as Kirrily. Johnston. Willow, Alex Perry, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, etc. Gale was also an expert in fashion for the Logies which is an Australian television award. Gale announced in January 2008 that she was retiring from runway modelling after 15 productive years. In the following weeks, at the launch of the David Jones winter collection in Sydney, Gale walked for her last time on the catwalk. Her final outfit was that of the Wonder Woman outfit she was to wear in the unreleased motion picture Justice League of America.
